Based on the transmission performance test bed of the gearbox which is used in the transfer system of three-type rocket launcher,the transmission test bed is designed and built.The test bed can test running,efficiency,vibration noise,temperature rise,etc.Besides,the dynamic performance of the test bed is studied and the dynamic performance is improved by optimizing the theoretical method,so as to ensure the precision and stability of the experiment.Combined with the layout characteristics,transmission parameters and structural dimensions of the tested part,the overall design scheme of the test bed is proposed,including the structural scheme,the selection of hardware and the principle flow of software.by using the theory of gear meshing,mechanical design and so on,considering the manufacturability and assembly process,the key parts of the test bed are designed,which have great influence on the dynamic characteristics.Then,the material selection,the structure design,3D modeling and assembly are completed.The computational model of dynamic model of the test bed been established,based on he theory of multi-rigid body dynamics,the theory of finite element dynamics analysis and simplify the size of key components of the test bed.The stress and strain,vibration and displacement response of key points has been obtain.Under the actual condition of the gear box and the mounting rack,based on the Abaqus/ATOM module,a single target multi-constrained topology optimization model for frequency optimization is constructed according to the variable density method.The objective function is the natural frequency,the constraint condition is the mass and the maximum stress under the typical working condition.Finally,according to the density nephogram,the mounting rack and the transfer gear box are optimized and analyzed.The results show that before and after optimization,the stress of the mounting rack was basically unchanged,the maximum displacement was reduced by 30.1%and 37.5%,The first-order mode was improved by 25.9%;the stress of gearbox was basically unchanged,The first-order mode was improved by 49.8%.
