Pipeline is the mostly transportation style of the oil energy sources. The application of the pipeline is much more abroad with the fast development of the oil industry and the exploitation and utilization of the energy sources. The vibration of the pipeline is one of the frequent phenomenon of the pipeline system, the dynamic characteristic of the pipeline has a strong influence on the stability and reliability of the whole system, and it also can influence or even destroy the ordinary work of other facility and element of the pipeline system. Aiming at the vibration issue of TaiYangSheng pumping station of Northeast pipeline network, the causation of the vibration is tested and analyzed in this paper. The vibration mitigation method for this pipeline is given out, and the finite element analysis of the pipeline vibration and base isolation is progressed. The result of the test and analysis indicate that the effect of the rubber pillow vibration mitigation is effective for the pipeline system.The main researches of this paper are given as followings:Part one: The survey of the research on the pipeline vibration is depicted in home and abroad. Aiming at the pipeline vibration of the TaiYangSheng pumping station, the sense and purpose of the research is put forward.Part two: Test and analysis of the vibration. Aiming at the second pump pipeline vibration of the TaiYangSheng pumping station, Test and analysis of the vibration is processed, and the cause of the vibration is confirmed primary.Part three: The analysis of the cause for the pipeline vibration. Aiming at the testing result and the status of the pipeline vibration, the theoretics and numerical analysis is carried out, and the result of the theoretics and numerical analysis is given out.Part four: The design research on the vibration mitigation and energy dissipating equipment. The mechanism of the vibration mitigation for the additive energy dissipating equipment is given out. The vibration mitigation equipment is designed. The numerical analysis for the effect of the additive energy dissipating equipment of pipeline system and the pole is processed. The results indicate that the vibration of the pipeline on direction of X Y Z is reduced effectively, and the eccentricity vibration of the pole electricity is also reduced effectively.Part five: Test analysis of the vibration of the second pump and the pole with the vibration mitigation and additive energy dissipating equipment. Test analysis of the vibration of pipeline system with the vibration mitigation and additive energy dissipating equipment is processed. The result indicates that this measure can effectively reduce the vibration of the pipeline, and the stability of the pipeline system is swelled.
