Vapor pipeline vibration is a high frequent phenomenon in the process of operation in thepower plant. Vapor pipeline vibration can lead to lose efficacy that rack support the pipeline,pipe displacement and connected equipment is damaged. To ensure the safe and stable in theoperation of power plant, Vapor pipeline vibration has become a chief problem to be solved.This thesis refer to several chief causes that cause Vapor pipeline vibration through tomechanism of the vibration generating,the cause that cause the vibration have two aspects:oneis the turbulence response in the outside,the other is the fluid flow disorder in the pipe. Theexternal factors include: turn to the vibration of mechanical transmission pipeline; external airaround the streamlined cross when the outer surface of the produce Carmen (Karman) vortexphenomenon lead to the pipeline vibration. Internal factors include: pipe internal fluid fluidcolumn frequency and pipeline near the natural frequency of the resulting from the fluid pulse,leading to the vibration of the pipe; Fluid in the pipeline closure components or pipelinesubstantial change in local resistance of the site, fluid saturation pressure because of localreduced, cause liquid gasification and forming local vacuum, when the liquid pressure andback up to gas saturation pressure above, these bubbles group will burst, produce cavitationphenomenon, leading to the pipeline vibration, etc. At the same time, this paper puts forwardin the design phase, because the blind to improve steaming-water pipe to meet the demand offlexible design, and ignore accidental load on pipeline impact, causing the pipeline vibrationof the two important factors.On this basis, the principle and mathematical model based on vibration damping theory,this paper puts forward the method of reducing Vapor pipeline vibration. Through theapplication of two kinds of finite element analysis software of high pressure steaming-waterpipe and the main steam pipe contrast, and combining with the actual investigation, in view ofthe pressure pipeline and the main steam pipe Vapor each vibration characteristics, putforward two different analysis methods: high pressure Vapor pipeline in a field experimentand the way of the combination of the numerical simulation, high pressure water supply pipeaccording to the layout characteristics, determine the test points, the different workingconditions of high pressure soda piping of amplitude test, construct a three dimensional layout model, and calculated the six order vibrations frequency formation, and then puts forward theimprovement scheme. Through the field experiment test again, the effectiveness of theCEASARII software Vapor pipeline vibration control accuracy and feasibility; The mainVapor pipe used and again fever stage design data contrast way respectively, the two period ofhigh temperature and high pressure pipe set a model, and for QiChui, compared to their reliefvalve exhaust reaction force response frequency analysis, by comparing the calculation andthe situation after management operation, and proves the CEASARII the superiority of thesoftware.
