Steam turbine have already extensively applicated in each motive realm, among them power station is more extensiveiy. The vapor pressure, speed, discharge that pass through the main valve of steam turbine make direct influence to its operation .Now main study of the main valve is concered on the reformation of its structure and the optimization of its size. The study on influence that the controling parameter of the main valve make on the steam turbine is judged ky the figure of the watch.By regulating the main valve again and again to make the figure of the watch accord with the request of the work. This method of regulation should make the work of t steam turbine threaten stability production .Therefore it is necessary to study the relation of the controling parameter of the main valve and the work parameter of the steam turbine .The Computation Fluid Dynamics solute a group of differential coefficient equation on mass,energy,momentum,user-defined scalar quantity by numerical value method ,and the solution can predict the detail of the flowing process. It have been the tool to optimize the process set or magnify the fix quantity design .It use computer, apply to each disperse numerical method, make numerical experiment, computer simulation and analysion, study about all kind of problem, then resolve every kind of actual problem..In this paper, the model is built according to the structure from the main valve to the entry of the steam turbine ,and optimize controling parameter based on the simulation and numerical value calculation .And according to the structure of the NO.4 steam turbine, reformation is fulfilled on the governing system .
