This subject mainly researches the technique of the reformation of Steam Turbine-Low Vacuum-Circulating Water Heat-Supply and the regulating principle of Steam Turbine-Low Vacuum-Circulating Water Heat-Supply.Steam Turbine-Low Vacuum-Circulating Water Heat-Supply is an energy saving technique developped for energy saving and environmental protection. The principle of it is, briefly, to use the heater of heat-consuming installation as the cooling equipment. Without mainly reformation to the set, there just take the supply and return pipes of the condensator into the circulating water heat-supply system. After heated by the condensator, the hot water will be pumped into the heat-supply network by the pump. To meet the demand of heating, it adds the peak-load calorifier after condensator; utilizes new steam to reduce the press and temperature or other steam to heat water.Combining the heating basic theory, heat regulating principle analyses and practical engineering examples, it aims at researching the necessity, feasibility and technical guarantee of the reformation of Steam Turbine-Low Vacuum, analyzing the SLCH system according to the variation of outside temperature and dynamic state regulating of inside temperature, getting the proper temperature according to the curve and controlling electric control valve automatically, setting to the peak-load calorifier and controlling its extracted steam valumn, materializing the match of the temperature of heat-supply system with outside variation and saving energy.The technique of Steam Turbine-Low Vacuum-Circulating Water Heat-supply, step-by-step, materializes the exploitation of energy and improves the synthetical efficiency of energy greatly, holding great value and broad prospect.
