Research Of Net-worked Manufacturing Application Integration System For Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises

As the network technology and advanced manufacturing technology advancing, networked manufacturing is becoming the main trend in manufacturing industry. Here we based on the analyzing of the status of the networked manufacturing and the research of enterprise application integration nationally and internationally, and the situations nowadays facing by the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, prompted an enterprise application integration system structure used in manufacturing industry, realized the integration of applications in and between departments of an enterprise.Here we present the concept of sub-network, and the system we built here is based on J2EE platform and divided into 3 tiers: Department-Level integration, Inter-Department-Level integration, and Inter-Enterprise-Level integration, and realized the application integration of department, Inter-Department, Inter-Enterprise; The system is also based on Web-Services and XML-databus, and through the definition of interfaces and business workflow, solved the problem of integration between applications; The System is function-open, deployable, and performance-extensible, and can adapt to the frequently changes of management module and uncertainty of informationization and can reduce the cost of system-running afterwards. The development of department-level integration system is an Object-Oriented, Use-Case-Driven, and iterative developing process; in the development, we developed the function modules as units with the J2EE technologies such as JSP, Servlet, and EJB in the JBuilder2006 IDE. And the system modules were deployed onto the sun application server. The platform offered the data managements such as Data-Reading, Data-Storing, Data- Deleting, and Data-Querying, and shielding the differences between the different data storage systems; the system also offers the functions of data transformation and integration. The system platform offered the IDE of redeveloping and toolkit of management, and in the running of system afterwards, the user can develop certain function modules according to their special needs to extend the function of system, and formed a fundamental basis for further integration of enterprise application.As the entire integration system of enterprise informationization, it's suitable for the integrated manufacturing and agile manufacturing and also supports the ASP management, and reduced the risk and cost of informationization in small and medium-sized enterprises.
