The Research Of Enterprise Application Integration Frame And Technology Under The Condition Of Networked Manufacturing System For Automobile Parts

Networked manufacturing is an advanced manufacturing pattern facing to 21 century.It is one of the advanced manufacturing technology that our country gives emphasis to develop.Facing to the challenge of the global manufacturing and the economic integration, traditional manufacture enterprise of our country can not satisfy the developing request of the diversification and individuation of the market demanding.Recently, many experts have studied on this field, and have got many valuable achievements, such as Agile Manufacturing, Dispersed Networked Production System, Computer Integrated Manufacturing System and Regional Virtual Networks System, and the like.So based on the reference of the advance manufacturing modes in the world and considering the real situation of China, the research on application of network manufacturing and the improvement of Chinese market competition capability in manufacturing industry has become a problem which need to be discuss deeply. In this paper, we discussed the developing conditions and trends of the world manufacture and advanced manufacturing technologies, put forward the developing conditions and trends of international advanced manufacturing pattern and conditions of our country at present.The concept of networked manufacturing paradigm is presented.The chance and challenge of enterprises brought by the networked manufacturing paradigm are analyzed.At the same time, according to the definition, objective, system structure and the basic architecture of theory and method onto networked manufacturing is presented, We established the architecture and running modes of networked manufacturing platform.
