Recirculated cooling water is the main component of water consumption in a heat power plant, and it is also a prerequisite to assure an excellent operation.To improve recirculated cooling water system is a key factor for water saving in a heat power plant,and the increase of economic benefit is related to water saving and the period of instrument servicing.Based on the discussions of device materials and measure of corrosion prevention, the control of scaling and corrosion problem in recirculated cooling water system was stutied on the field by incrusting prevention and corrosion control experiments.By comparing the corrosion prevention measures and the control method of water quality, the optimal scheme was selected and applied on the field, and the conclusions are achieved as below:1. Before recirculated cooling water system begin to operate, the quality of film forming is superior to the correlative standard in the corrosion prevention of condensator by applying the method of ferrous sulfate, which has been widely used in the operation on the spot.
