The object of this paper is to research the structure of ventilator rotor system whose rotor blade is adjustable when it revolves, and to control automatically by the programmable logic controller (PLC). The hydraulic system can adjust the rotor blade in ventilator when the ventilator is in operation, and adapt the load change by adjusting the angle of the rotor blade .The system can supply the wind according to the need, thus the scope of its usage can be enlarged and its efficiency can be improved.This article first calculates the power of the cylinder by analyzing the pressure that the blade of the ventilator leaf receives, thus devises the hydraulic system. By choosing the parts of the rotor blade regulating mechanism, it devises the structure of the rotor which is adjustable in axis-flow-like ventilator when it revolves. The Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) control the hydraulic adjustment system. The PLC receives the windward quantity signal that the windward quantity sensors spread, the PLC will compare it with the wind normal scope value,and it runs programs to control system action according to the result of comparison. Two options are adopted in the device of hydraulic adjustment system: the first is the ordinary hydraulic system. The PLC controls the electromagnetism reversing valve, thus controls cylinder movement and adjust the leaf blade. The second is the hydraulic pressure servo-control system. The PLC controls the hydraulic servo valve through a set of machinery, the hydraulic servo valve and the cylinder constitute the hydraulic motive organization, which and the machine feedback constitute the machine- liquid servo control system.This article simulates the hydraulic adjustment system by MATLAB language, reflects the stability of hydraulic system by the transmission function and the Bode diagram. The Simulink software can simulate dynamic systems, it can build up conveniently the system molds, while it don't take more time to make programs.
