The concrete pump is construction facility that transports the concrete by virtue of press through the piple and it can transport the concrete with horizontal and vertical form continuously. If it correspond with the concrete agitation and pump transport, and use the concrete agitation vehicle to transport the concrete, by this form it can realize the pump transporant and concrete construction constinuously. The dynamic characteristric of the hydraulic system of the concrete pump is the key technology of the concrete pump study. The dynamic effect characteristric of the each part of structure parameter will be acquired by the simulation study of hydraulic system. Therefore, the most optimal parameter mate range will be obtained that can satisfy the hydraulic system need It has establish the data basis for improve the hydraulic system of concrete pump. This paper use the HBT6013—90S hydraulic system of concrete pump as the study aim, use modeling method of the power bond graphs and establish the power bond graphs model of hydraulic system, then on this base transform the power bond graphs model to the dynamic math model. And then combine the dynamic equation of hydraulic system with the Simulink toolbox of engineer software MATLAB. The dynamic equations of the hydraulic sysytem are transformed into the simulation program of Simulink. By this way, the computer simulation model of hydraulic system of concrete pump is established, and then run the simulation program. The proper simulation result will obtain by adjust the part parameter of hydraulic system continuously. Accordingly, it provides the availability reference for the hydraulic system design and optimize.Finally, under detailed analysis of function and require of the control system for the HBT60—90S concrete pump, the control system adopt modern computer technology as base and adopt new type industry controller —SIEMENS S7—200 series the programmable logic controller (PLC) to design the electronic control systemfor hydraulic system.There are many advantage for the the programmable logic controller (PLC) .For example, it has strong anti-interference ability, dependability, and function, and it also has small volum and can adapt the atrocious building condtruction circumstance, therefore, it reduce the cost of facility. It is develop trend in the concrete pump control system adapt the programmable logic controller (PLC ) .
