The applications of emulational test dummies on security researches of civil and military vehicles play a very important role. The introduction of robots liberated the mankind from the heavy and dangerous works, and now the human beings can use the dummies as the substitute of themselves. Now most of countries pay more and more attention on the researches and applications of dummies, and Crash Test Dummies designed by United States have been produced for four generations. As the research into dummies has been developed just for a few years in our country, till now it's the beginning stage. Currently, the design of international general dummies is based on body sizes of European and American. There is a certain difference between the dummies and the oriental body characteristics, and the dummies can't be applicable to the emulational experimentation of our country. The military emulational tests relate to the problem of national security, so the dummies based on body sizes of European and American aren't suitable used in the security researches of military vehicles in our country. Therefore, it is necessary to design the dummies based on body sizes of Orientals. The internal and external structures of the dummies introduced by this paper are similar to the human body, and equivalent mechanics of material. They are widely used in the researches of Ejection-seat security , body-hurting modulus in the Ejection, test of airdrop, computer imitation of collision. The research of aviation test dummies is directly connected to the evaluation of the aviation safety capability, so it...
