In order to form the test capability of military 1394B bus,meet the system performance check requirements in the process of equipment maintenance guarantee,and realize the construction goal of aircraft maintenance support line.The paper puts forward the main technical indicators that need to be tested for the test requirements of the bus,research and determine A specific implementation approach was developed to develop a comprehensive set of test equipment.The development of the automatic test equipment can not only ensure that the maintenance performance of the equipment meets the expected requirements,but also improve the equipment support efficiency.Therefore,the topic selection of the paper has strong pertinence and important research significance.This paper has mainly completed the following aspects:The characteristics of the military 1394B bus,the test requirements and the characteristics of the flight control bus network are analyzed.The usage and working characteristics of the military 1394B bus in the flight control bus network environment are summarized,which provides a theoretical basis for the military1394B bus test.Based on the actual application,the test content of the military 1394B bus is analyzed and analyzed,and the comprehensive test equipment is decomposed into specific test modules such as basic function test,bit error rate test,protocol compliance test and application test,and the test plan is demonstrated.And detailed test content requirements for each test function.According to the test requirements of Mil-1394B aeronautical bus airborne test equipment,detailed hardware design is performed for the test functions under each test condition,and the modules required for testing are selected and analyzed,and the hardware system is built,including Test the overall function,signal bit error rate test,topology test,monitoring test,protocol consistency test and other modules,and the interconnection between various interconnected modules.The software design of the test equipment is studied.The overall structure and composition of the test software design are summarized.The design of the test software function module is analyzed and explained.The test software uses Microsoft’s VS2008 as the development environment,and designed the automatic test module,manual test module and test record module to make the software operation simple and convenient.Based on the built Mil-1394B aeronautical bus airborne test equipment hardware platform and the developed test software,according to the performance test requirements of the maintenance test process specification of this bus,the flight tube system Mil-1394B is assembled for a new aircraft The performance of the aviation bus network is tested and verified.A detailed test verification scheme is designed according to the tested object,and the function of the Mil-1394B aeronautical bus airborne test equipment is verified according to the scheme.The complete performance verification result is given by comparing the test results with the judgment indicators.The actual test proves that the design of the test system meets the established requirements and can fully meet the test requirements after the whole machine is repaired and assembled.
