| On the basis of analyzing the industrial application, marketing shears and development actuality and trends of the shear homogenizer both home and abroad, we discussed the feasibility of its application in different industries. Then according to basic hydromechanical knowledge, we established a mathematical model to describe the distribution of liquid flow-field at the homogenizer's head in details. With famous flow-field analytic software CFX we also simulated the flow's details in the homogenizer's head, and analyzed it's infection to the homogenization process using the simulation results.We also established the dynamic model of the stator-rotor of shear homogenizer system, and analyzed important factors that affect the system's stability with the help of the poincarémaps, axes contrails, phase plane portraits, times-history and amplitude spectrum which were attained by Fortran language and Matlab program. Those factors saying , rotor speed,eccentricity, damping, radial clearance ,should be controlled to maintain the stability of the rotor running in high speed, and serve as the theoretical bases for the manufacturing of the super high speed shear homogenizer.This research could afford reliable reference and provide scientific basis for further study. |
