It is well known that tyre is one of the vital parts in car system, whose safety performance is a direct parameter to safety of the car. So keeping the pressure of it during the normal rang is a good way to improve car's performance, reduce the cost of the usage and lengthen the life of the tyre. And this dissertation is a research on the filed of tire's safety, compared to traditional device, SOPC(System-On- Programmed Chip) was applied in the project to make the system more compact and intelligent.In this dissertation, to improve the performance of the system and make the cubage smaller, a TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitor System) based on SOPC was put forward. As to learn more about the change of the pressure, the temperature of the circumstance and acceleration of car also should be known; so multi-channels sampling controlling which can be actualized by CPLD is considered in the system. As to the system, which is consisted of some modules like signals sampling, data processing and transmitting and then displaying in the driver's platform has been accomplished. AD0809 was used to converse the signals to digital data, the CPLD was in charge of controlling the multi-channels transforming, and MCU was used to control the data processing, transmitting and displaying. Within them, mini-sensors were also researched in the dissertation; MCU, CPLD and some ASICS can be taken place by FPGA when the resource is enough, data of the result can be transmitted by RF401, a cheap but suitable chip widely used in nowadays.As to software of the system, software engineering (modules designing) was used to make the system be more flexible, and CRC arithmetic was adopted to improve the accuracy of the data transmitting. As to hardware of the system, it can be upgraded by FPGA when the resource is enough in the future, which can make the system more compact; meanwhile, some Anti-Jamming designing was finished to improve the stabilization of the system. Trough the test in the lab, a good result has been achieved and all of them can be a positive base for the future research and application on TPMS.
