Because of the heavy carry, serious overload, the abundance cement resources but short of the asphalt, it has good application value that study and apply the AC+ CRCP composite pavement.Combining construction of the Zhangjiakou to Shijiazhuang expressway in Hebei province, finite element model is established for calculation of loading stress and thermal curvature stress and for analysis of the effect of structural parameter to loading stress and thermal curvature stress, just as horizontal crack distance, reinforcement ratio, pavement slab thickness and wideness, coefficient of bond-slip, etc., and the development regulation of the two kind stress is derived. The forced character of AC+CRCP composite pavement is also analyzed. On this foundation, the best project is determined with the design and choice of the structure and ratio of mixture of CRCP test road. Then, the important point of the CRCP construction technique is concluded with the construction of test road. At last, the correction of theoretical analysis and the possibility of construction is verified, and the improved opinion on the AC+CRCP composite pavement is derived. All of this is the foundation of the prediction and evaluation on the design and function of AC+CRCP composite pavement. A definite of theoretical background and practical experience is provided for the application and extension of AC+CRCP composite pavement on the expressway in our country.
