Double-layer reinforcement continuous reinforced concrete pavement(CRCP)refers to arranging two layers of rebar in CRCP.Because both the upper and lower layer of rebar provide reinforcement to the concrete pavement,this structure has better integrity and stability,and can better serve the heavy traffic transportation.At present,CRCP with one layer of reinforcement is the usual case,few projects with double-layer continuous reinforcement are found.There are also few researches about double-layer reinforcement CRCP.As a result,there is a lack of mechanical analysis about this structure under temperature action or load.Not to mention the comparison between double-layer reinforcement CRCP and single-layer reinforcement in CRCP.According to the characteristics of CRCP,temperature shrinkage deformation model under uniform temperature drop and buckling deformation model under temperature gradient were established by finite element software ABAQUS,respectively.In addition,the comparison between double-layer reinforcement scheme and single-layer reinforcement scheme with same rebar and reinforcement ratio were analysed.When subjected to temperature shrinkage deformation,because both layers of reinforcement inhibit the shrinkage of concrete,tensile stress in double-layer reinforcement CRCP is larger than that in the corresponding scheme of single-layer reinforcement CRCP.In the analysis of temperature buckling deformation,the buckling stress at the bottom of the double-layer reinforcement CRCP is slightly larger than that of the single-layer reinforcement CRCP.CRCP model based on the Winkler foundation was established to analyze the double-layer reinforcement scheme and single-layer reinforcement scheme with same rebar and reinforcement ratio under the load of the vehicle.The maximum vertical displacement of the double-layer reinforcement CRCP is 15.63%lower than that of the single-layer reinforcement CRCP.This is because the double-layer reinforcement can bear load,and reduce the vertical displacement.Especially in situations of heavy load,local cavity at the bottom of concrete pavement or cavity in concrete pavement edge which leads to punch out,the double-layer reinforcement scheme has advantages over the single-layer reinforcement scheme.Based on analysis of double-layer reinforcement CRCP projects,the pavement structure under heavy traffic is recommended as(from bottom to top):cement stabilized crushed stone+ cement concrete + fine grained asphalt concrete + double-layer reinforcement CRCP.The transverse crack width of the double-layer reinforcement CRCP is less than lmm,and the crack spacing satisfies the Dagum function distribution.The research results can provide a reference for the application of double-layer reinforcement CRCP.
