This paper presents a circular system model of variable mass energy transformation and storage technology for the ammonia. For the office construction using the ammonia storage system numerical simulation on the condition of the storage energy, and get the working character and the circulatory parameter transformation rule with the time and external condition. Further more refer to the air temperature in the air-condition season in 2002 in Shanghai, get the information of the numerical simulation and do some work about the Economic analysis of the system on non-designed condition.It shows that Using of the entire storage (VMETS) system for air-conditioning / heating can transform the most capacity of electric load, but because in the air-condition/heating season the cool /heat load and environment temperature have a great difference, when the storage (VMETS) system for air-conditioning / heating run on designed condition is not very long. It is better for the storage (VMETS) system for the large and medium-sized to use of the partial storage system. In the partial storage system the ammonia, the quantity of the Ammonia after the process of the storage energy and the equipment load reduces . So, using of the partial storage (VMETS) system can reduce the investment of the system and It can improve the security in process.The analysis result also shows that this system can reduce the compression's work, increase COP, but make the system controlling more complex. So we can find a way to simplify the system controlling, and improve for the partial storage (VMETS) system.
