In order to alleviate the increasingly serious energy and environmental problems,we should not only improve the efficiency of energy utilization,but also use renewable energy and low-grade heat sources as far as possible.Absorption-diffusion refrigeration system can be driven by thermal energy,which is suitable for a variety of different energy sources.In rural areas where there is no electricity or power shortage,it is an ideal choice to use abundant biomass energy to drive absorption and diffusion refrigeration cold storage.This paper mainly studies the use of biomass ammonia absorption refrigeration cold storage in refrigeration cold storage system to achieve green energy saving,to solve the storage problem of melon,fruit,vegetables and meat products in the vast rural areas without electricity and electricity shortage(while biogas and crop straw production areas are adequate).The flow chart of the refrigeration cold storage of biomass ammonia absorption refrigeration system,the flow chart of the refrigeration cold storage of biomass ammonia absorption refrigeration system and the flow chart of the refrigeration cold storage of straw combustion biomass ammonia absorption refrigeration system were established.The cold storage of ammonia absorption refrigeration system for melons,fruits and vegetables in Jieyang City,Guangdong Province was designed.The design flow chart of ammonia absorption refrigeration system is put forward,and the design flow chart of ammonia absorption refrigeration cold storage is made.The cold storage is located in Jieyang City,Guangdong Province.It has only a refrigeration room for refrigerants.It is mainly used for refrigerating fruits and vegetables.According to the present situation of rural areas in Jieyang City,the design of cold storage is decentralized.The design scale of single cold storage is 350 tons.The total design of cold storage in Jieyang City is 10,000,350 tons.The functions of each part of the ammonia absorption refrigeration system of biomass were analyzed.The experimental analysis method of energy utilization efficiency of biomass new energy and COP experimental method of ammonia absorption refrigeration system were carried out.The experimental analysis of COP in ammonia absorption refrigeration system is emphasized.The influence of steam temperature in generating chamber on COP was analyzed;the influence of ambient temperature on COP;the influence of cooling water temperature on COP;the influence of feed temperature on COP in desorption distillation column;the influence of feed concentration on COP in desorption distillation column;the influence of liquid ammonia supercooling on COP in system;the influence of the change of outlet temperature of condenser and absorber on COP in system;The influence of the change of COP on the system and the influence of the change of concentration difference on the COP of the system.The economic benefit analysis of ammonia absorption refrigeration cold storage for melons,fruits and vegetables in Jieyang City,Guangdong Province was carried out.The cold storage capacity is 3.5 million tons.The cold storage covers an area of 4.167 million square meters and about 6250 mu.The unit area cost of cold storage is 3000 yuan per square meter.The amount of cold storage construction is 12.5 billion yuan.Sales volume is 3.5 million tons per year.The unit price is 2.5 yuan per kilogram.Sales revenue is 17 billion a year.The total investment of this project is 12.5 million yuan,and the source of funds is self-financing.Among them,$250 million is self-financing and $100 million is loans.The cost of equipment and installation is 5.10 million yuan,and the cost of construction is 6.0 million yuan.The construction period is one year and the operation period is 20 years.Net present financial value FNPV = 1028,57373,000 yuan,internal rate of return 50%,project income-cost ratio 1.26,interest reserve rate 18.35,debt service reserve rate 4.15.In summary,the application of this project can solve the storage problem of melons,fruits and vegetables in large rural areas without electricity and electricity shortage(while biogas and crop straw production areas are sufficient),so as to solve the problem that local agricultural products can not sell at a price in the current season,and bring significant economic benefits to local farmers.
