Traditionally, the civil worker has paid more attentions on the cement, the water ratio as well as the admixture such as the fly ash and the silicon ash. Actually aggregates are important composition of concrete, it account for 3/4 in the volume of concrete, there are so significantly. Along with the develop and perfect in the civil engineering domain day after day, the influence of aggregates towards the service behavior and the durability of the concrete should be re-surveyed carefully. The thesis, which offers the research into the impact on the aggregates technical index issued from different process craft is based on the production of aggregates. Experiments have been carried out in order to explicate the impact on mechanics and durability of concrete issued from aggregates technical index- sediment percentage which is attentive. The impact on mechanics and durability of concrete issued from the substituent of fluvial sand by mechanism sand is also expatiated in the thesis. In order to research the influence of aggregates on concrete performance during aggregates production and concrete molding, a lot of check experiments on the qualifications of coarse aggregates were made. Through the experiments, we found that different methods of production and treatment make a strong impact on many important qualifications of aggregates production and treatment, such as grain type, grain composition, crushing strength, loose porosity, sediments percentage and so on. The secondary reversed destruction of water processing technique is the optimal production technology for limestone production. This paper also researches the influence of qualifications on mechanical property and durability of concrete, and another objective is the limited range of qualifications. The influence of sediment percentage which was paid more attention on concrete performance, the experiment results showed that exorbitant sediment percentage was a great disadvantage to the working performance, mechanical performance and durability, so the sediment percentage of aggregates should be limited within 5% strictly.Through orthogonal design, the experiments research on the influence of water ratio, sand type and sand ratio on wear-resisting property and mechanical performance. The experiments result showed that replaying natural fluvial sand with mechanical sand didn't play down the wear-resisting property and mechanical performance of concrete markedly, and mixing proper...
