The project of JinPen water conservancy hinge is the Great (2),and its size is II. It is composed of many buildings, such as grit and stone dam of clay-heart wall, and left-bank cavity of flood discharge, and right-bank cavity of flood overflow and cavity of water-leading, as well as electricity plants after dam. This text whose research object is clay-heart wall dam of JinPen water conservancy hinge, after counting the three dimensional nonlinear finite element, and analysis of prototype observation result, and the contrast analysis of the observation result and theory result, and the gray modeling analysis and prediction of observation data, has got relevant conclusions, and provides some gist for the dam' s safe operation.Analyzing the basis of practice project, this subject used ANSYS software to count the stress and distortion of the JinPen water conservancy hinge dam under the construction period and the sluice period, in which process the stuff of the dam body all were considered according to nonlinear stuff, and the account model used the E-B model, and between the dam body and the heart wall it used the contact cell simulation, besides selecting account results of two typical section planes ( 0+088m, 0+225m )to be analyzed. The result shows that the distortion rule of dam body is in reason, and the quantity of distortion which is commonly in project experience value is moderate; and the major maxes of large and small stress all appears around the bottom of the heart wall, not appearing the draw stress.the prototype observation result analysis is divided into the Stat analysis and the modeling analysis, the Stat analysis mainly used the antitheses, eigen value Stat, construct and experience analogy, and analyzed all the quantities value of observation, change trend, change rule and the relevant relations and degree among the observations . The result shows that the distortion of the dam body is normal.
