| Network planning technique is a effective tool in the construction of the water conservancy project. There are many uncertain and unforeseen factors in construction, it appears many problems and limitations when traditional network planning technique are applied in the analysis of network progress chart, the paper researchs fuzzy set theory in more broad scope, the paper mainly researches the application of fuzzy network planning technique in the construction of the large water conservancy project: firstly based on addition formulas for calculating time parameters and the hierarchical linear programming method in fuzzy network, this paper used triangular fuzzy number to show activity duration, then discussed its application in the ShuHe Dam, got fuzzy time parameters, fuzzy critical path and fuzzy duration; then Based on Game Theory, a Nash equilibrium model is set up to optimize and schedule project payments to determinate optimal project duration; discuss optimization of network progress planning in the construction, through the analysis and correlation of traditional network planning technique and fuzzy network planning technique, it expresses the latter's superiority, and introduce the application of genetic algorithm in optimization of network progress planning. Introduce the risk-analysis method of traditional network planning technique and fuzzy network planning technique, calculate the risk of duration and research the possibility of planning duration of the project. The achievements achieved in the study are presented as follows:(1) This paper gives the hierarchical linear programming method for the lastest time and slack of the activities and events in the fuzzy networks. Compared with the well-known fuzzy network technique in literature ,we have generalized the classical critical path method, a network planning software with the function of MATLAB has been developed and is applied to calculate time parameters, and it simplified the fuzzy time parameters calculation in large-scale network and settled the problems of complicated processes and large volume calculation, we can obtain not only meaningful results ,but also critical activities and events with zero slack by use of the method effectively and rapidly.(2) Trade-off between time and cost has been traditionally studied with emphasis on crashing project duration with minimum cost. However, the effect of income is largely ignored. A time-cost trade-off problem to optimize net income is considered in this paper to discuss the impact of an incentive plan combined with a lump sum contract on the determination of a project's optimal duration. A game model is proposed in the viewpoint of an owner to discuss the optimal selection of the income intensity so as to harmonize the benefit of the owner and the contractor and achieve a certain equilibrium state, and applied it in the construction of the large water conservancy project, Furthermore, the influence of some factors on this equilibrium state is investigated, broad the application of Game Theory. |
