In order to meet the need of real projects , ferroconcrete beams strengthened by carbon fiber reinforced plastics were tested in flexure and compared to results of control beams without strengthened.The focus was set on the research of behavior of strengthened beams with differ initialize crankle.Besides, according to nonlinear theory, computer programs were developed to analyze the flexural ability.As a result, predicted and actual test fairly agreement. Therefore this paper offered theory and design basis for strengthening using this method in practical projects.
