1.IntroductionThe engine is the heart of the car,that the motive,economy,and exhaust is the three greatest index signs that the evaluation launches the machine product. Go with the developing of automobile industrial ,and the picking up of the way of carmake , the quality of the engine is more and more important. Because the production of the internationalization division of labour and the globalization install of develop increasingly, the local camaker no longer limit at production and technique of engine inland , starting introducing and absorbing the foreign technique of engine.This need to have finer method of manufacture,as well as the high quality and high-efficiency on testing equipments.The frame testing is the main means of engine performance experiment, along with the request of the automobile industry economy energy and the environmental protection is more and more important in recent years, the function of test-bed requested to be more and more multiplicity.Launch the machine experiments cent function to experiment to experiment with life span,there is much time,engine experiment divide into performance experiment and life-span experiment.Often the experiment is not to investigate the whole machine, but the components of the engine that the fraying and mangling is not related to running charge of the engine but related to the rotate speed of the engine .The traditional testing is expensive, regularity a control system control single engine .what is called experiment without charge , namely set the engine on the test-bed ,there is no impetus export and load system ,the special experiment for the components of the engine that the fraying and mangling is not...
