Blood pressure is an important parameter in clinical diagnoses, ICU and basic physic investigation. If control blood pressure in a suitable range can not only reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, but also stay the impair to organic. So it is important for us to know the fluctuation of the blood pressure and the states of patient exactly. Usually we have two manner way to measure the blood pressure. The first is normal measurement, the patient would be measured by the professional person in the medical treatment organization. The second is measure blood pressure at home. The two means have respective merits. But the last has more advantage. As a complement, you will provide the result that you measured at home. At present, there are so much devices we can choose to measure the blood pressure, most hospitals and person use the electronic blood-pressure meter based on oscillometric method, but usually its result were not precision. Herein, we improve its property by integrate the oscillometric method and PWV.The thesis put the emphasis on circuits design, architecture of software and algorithms program.First, the thesis introduce that the physiological parameters be measured are different form those in industry, such as physical and chemical parameter measurement, It has the characteristic itself. Meantime we explain the adverse influence, and how to deal with them. These are helpful in the design later.Second, in the thesis we described the oscillometric method and PWV as the primary gist, The oscillometric method relies on detection of variations in pressure oscillations due to arterial wall movement beneath an occluding cuff. Empirically derived algorithms are employed, which calculate systolic and...
