| As an indispensable mechanical drive device, gear decelerator, is widely used in all industries. Nevertheless, there exist such problems as being bulky and heavy and too low mechanical efficiency with big ratio for the decelerators today. Foreign decelerators, in which those in Germany, Denmark and Japan take the leading position, hold predominance especially in material and manufacturing with a better working reliability and a long life-span. With fixed-axle gear drive still being its main drive mode, the problem in volume and weight has not been well dealt with yet. While our domestic decelerator takes gears or worm gears as its main form, the problems of small ratio of power to weight and the low mechanical efficiency with a big ratio still exist. Moreover, there are many defects in material quality and technical level, especially for large decelerators, for example, the problem of a short life-span.
