With the development of global military power,target bombs are playing an important role in simulating the size characteristics,dynamic performance and attack damage of incoming missiles.The national military has also paid more attention to its development research,the application field and demand of target projectile are increasing.Because of the hi-tech and integration of the flight test equipment,its own cost is also increasing,the effective means to reduce the cost of testing is to reuse the test targets.The process of recycling is the most important and easy to fail step of reusing the test target,so the recycling technology of flying objects has become a key link in the study.This paper first introduces the development status of domestic flight recovery devices and analyzes their respective characteristics.Then in combination with the requirements of the subject,reference to related technologies at home and abroad,the overall design scheme of the safety recovery device for the colliding net is put forward,It analyses the working process of the flying object safety recovery device,designs the system composition of the net-catah-landing safety recovery device of flying objects.This paper calculats the mechanical parameters of the recovery process by simplified physical model,and calculates the size of the support mechanism of the safety recovery device.According to the structure size of the supporting mechanism,the preliminary selection of the net rope is carried out in this paper,and the pretension of the cable is determined after the cable network is unfolded.Then this paper designes the energy storage and ejection mechanism,according to the traction force required by the safety recovery device.The nonlinear analysis software ABAQUS is used to carry out kinematic simulation analysis on the process of flying object collision.According to the stress strain cloud map and the corresponding curve,it is judged whether the selection of cable material is in accordance with the working condition.Because of the particularity of the working conditions of the recovery unit,the life evaluation of the device is required.In this paper,according to the service characteristics of the device,the theory of fatigue cumulative damage suitable for the safety recovery device is determined.According to the simulation results of the fourth chapter,the service life of the safety recovery device is evaluated,and the damage assessment with persuasiveness and use value is obtained in this paper.
