Application of long span reinforced concrete arch bridge is widely used in China in recent years. This thesis studies key technologies for construction of relevant reinforced concrete arch bridge of long span with Liuguihe Extra-long Bridge as actual example which is characterized by long span, heavy weight of lift and erection, narrow site, and other problems in connection with construction technology. This study provides experience of construction with integrated equipment and management and organization in the field of multi-section reinforced concrete arch bridge with long span for China Railway 17 Bureau Group. This thesis studies the process in selection of construction scheme of erection of reinforced concrete arch bridge with long span and philosophy, carries out research and practice for design and calculation method of cable erection system of heavy load under complicated geological conditions, and studies design of suspension system of main tower and line control technology of multi-section concrete box arch bridge. Through studies and successful practice for technical challenges of reinforced concrete arch bridge of long span, this thesis provides experiences for construction of similar multi-section arch bridges with long span.Firstly, this thesis introduces and analyzes construction technologies of arch bridge with long span both in China and abroad, describes the project conditions of Liuguihe Extra-long Bridge, technical route and key technologies of research subject. Secondly, this thesis compares and makes design for general construction scheme of multi-section reinforced concrete box arch bridge of heavy weight, which emphasizes the comparison and design of different schemes for suspension system. Thirdly, the thesis clarifies the design calculation theory for cable suspension system and integrated main tower technology for arch bridge with a clear span of 195m. Finally, the thesis summarizes problems of configuration control and safety control in process of construction, among which integrated main tower technology and suspension system design is an inventive achievement.
