Bridge construction is the key link of building bridge, and its technology level directly affects the development of building bridge.Nanxun Hexing bridge traverses over the channel between the Changhu Lake and the Shenhu Lake, crosses the national trunk 318, and connects the main part of the bridge with national trunk 318 through four ramps. The main part of the bridge is reinforced concrete half-through arch with three-span and self-anchor, the approach bridge and ramp bridge are reinforced concrete continuous box girders.The thesis discussed and summarized the construction techniqes of Hexing bridge, which expatiates construction technical program and construction technical measures for the superstructure of the bridge. Having introduced the project general of the Hexing bridge, the construction schemes and methods of the superstructure for the main part of the bridge was summarized, and the construction scheme designs and construction workmanship of each key working procedure for the superstructure was also detailed. The thesis are mainly about as follow. Firstly, it designed and analyzed and summarized the construction schemes of the main arch ribs, assembling and hoisting steel arch trestle in overall ways, and give the key expatiation on prefabrication and erection of the main arch ribs. The successful practice of the construction technical scheme about prefabricating and erecting the main arch ribs by using steel arch trestles during the construction course of Hexing large bridge, has offered a successful example on construction technology of reinforcement concrete center-supporting type arch bridge, and also has provided references for construction of the same type bridges in the future.
