Nowdays, subway develops fast in country, which promotes experience accumulation and technical development in subway construction. Halfway in route of Subway composes many tunnels which not only have a great number of types and large cross section but also buildup tunnel group usually, so it is very important to construction by means of method of undercutting for halfway in route of subway in city complicated environment, assure safety of construction and decrease influence against environment. Wherefore, it is necessary to do research deeply. The researchful contents of this paper as follow:1) Firstly, act the halfway in the third route of subway in GuangZhou as a example, according to its character and former construction experience, it estimate the safety of construction of tunnels with a great number of types which include two-arch tunnel, three-arch tunnel, connecting tunnel with large long-span, bell mouth tunnel and little space tunnel etc and select the optimal method of construction according fact.2) Secondly, numerical simulation and dynamics analysis are done to ensure the safety and feasibility of construction for all selectal construction methods of construction of vertical-shaft, two-arch tunnel, three-arch tunnel, connecting tunnel with large long-span, bell mouth tunnel and little space tunnel etc. It studies on the conversional method of construction for all types of tunnels and puts forward the conversional technology to accord fact.3) Finally, a water proof project of construction is constituted which makes the water proof measures to be done rightly and attain anticipative effect. A architectonic project of construction is workouted which assures the safety and reduces the time.
