From the 70s in the last century, a new kind of oscilloscope----- DSO(Digital Storage Oscilloscope) has being coming into view and is now advancing rapidly following the maturity of the theory of digital signal processing and VLSI's flying along with micro-processors technology, expecially high speed A/D converters and RAMs.This disseration introduces the application of interpolation algorithm,averaging signals and FFT algorithm to digital oscillograph. The content of the dissertation is shown as following.Firstly, the structure of orinary DSO is introduced,such asSecondly, this dissertation achieves expected digital interpolations through algorithms descriptions,analyzing and realization,simulation,comparing on error and speed. I also have to analyze when one of the following factors changed, which are every period sampling points, the used points for calculating and the insertion multiple, how the error will be. we need to analyze the error of different waves insertion using sin insertion or liner insertion.Passed to programme and simulation to compare the instauration result for form of a few waves on sinc interpolation and linearity interpolation, and analysis the RMS errors.Finally, Passed to programme and simulation to research on averaging signals and FFT algorithm.
