Filtration,Coagulation Precipitation Method In Landfill Leachate Following Processing Experimental Study

The town landfill leachate is one kind of highly concentrated organic waste water, the ingredient is complex, there isn't a economic perfect treatment to treat the leachate all the time. This article attempts to use the direct filtration and the coagulation and precipitation craft to treatment with the biochemistry landfill leachate.Through the direct filtration experiment, we chose the new ceramic filter and sand filter as the filter to treat leachate. We make a cross experiment with the filter layer thickness, the filter diameter, the percolation speed as the controlling parameter, and we use the turbidity remove rate and COD_Cr remove rate as the evaluate parameter. The result indicate that we use the ceramic as the filter, when d=1.6～2.0mm, L =700mm, v=6m/h, the treatment effect is best. We use the sand filter as the filter, when the d=1.25～1.6mm, L =800mm, v=4m/h, the treatment effect is best. And we found the treatment effect of ceramic filter is better than the sand filter.In the coagulation and precipitation craft processing biochemistry landfill leachate experiment, we firstly select four kinds of coagulant: The ferrous sulfate, the iron trichloride, the polymerization aluminum chloride, the aluminium sulfate, the COD_Cr removing rate is the controlled parameter, we make out the experiment to chose the best coagulant. The conclusion indicated that the iron trichloride processing effect is best. Than we find the primary and secondary relations of the three primary factors which can influence the coagulation effect. We can obtain that the pH value was the most important factor of the influence coagulation effect. The next was the amount which the coagulation throws in the waste water and the amount which the helps congeals throw in the waste water. And we found the elementary best value through this experiment. Finally we do the experiment to found the best value of pH value , the amount which the coagulation throws in the waste water, the amount which the helps congeals throw in the waste water. And we obtain the best parameter is that the pH value is 5, the concentration of the iron trichloride is 500mg/L, the concentration of the helps congeals is 4 mg/L.
