Along with the progress of the society and the development of the economy, the level of the people's lives raise increasingly, and the demand of the indoor comfort of hothouse also increase continuously, of which the indoor temperature fluctuation is a performance of the comfort. At the same time, with the high speed of modern technical science development, the heating methods in the buildings are diversified, of which the two methods of the low temperature floor radiant heating method and radiator convected heating method are common methods. By comparing the stability of the indoor temperature under two kinds of heating methods, the paper makes people understand the stability of the indoor temperature under the two kinds of heating methods much better.This paper analyses the factors that affects indoor temperature, the thermal process of fluctuating indoor temperature of interval heating, and the characters of the radiator convected heating method and low temperature floor radiant heating method. The paper chooses two kinds of typical rooms with different protection structures, different directions and different situations, and under radiator convected heating method and low temperature floor convected heating method, and establishes the thermal balance equations of the inside surface of protection structure and indoor air, which mean the mathematic model of thermal balance. It calculates several calculating parameters, such as the inside surface convection heat transfer coefficient,radiator heating coefficient,air infiltration heat consumption,solar radiation heat gain. It calculates heat transfer loss of protection structure with thermal inertia by reaction factor method.According to the mathematical model, the paper gets the temperatures of indoor air, and then a series of the temperature fluctuation curves under the conditions of different outdoor air temperature and different heating time of interval heating, by applying numerical evaluation,programming with Visual Basic,calculating the system of linear equations with Gauss-Roden elimination. In addition, according to the curves, the paper analyses the stability of the indoor temperature with the two heating methods.
