On the basis of in-depth understanding of floor radiant heating researches at home and abroad,aiming at the emergence of stainless steel bellows which are made of special steel and corrosion resistant,this article studied the thermal performance and resistance characteristics of wet floor radiant heating and dry floor radiant heating systems which use this kind of stainless steel bellows.First,this article describes the structure and heat transfer principles of wet floor radiant heating using stainless steel bellows.On this basis,the mathematical model of heat transfer is carried out and solved by ANSYS software.By experiments at standard laboratory,the accuracy of the mathematical model is verified.Using the proven mathematical model,the quantity of upward and downward heat transfer per floor area under different water temperature,indoor temperature and pipe interval is obtained,providing a calculation basis for wet floor radiant heating using stainless steel bellows.This article also researched the effects of different pipe materials on the quantity of heat transfer,and the effects of different pipe interval,average water temperature and pipe material on the floor surface temperature distribution.Second,this article describes the structure of dry floor radiant heating based on prefabricated modules using stainless steel bellows,and sets up the mathematical model of heat transfer.The thickness of thermally conductive aluminum plate in modular floor radiant heating is chosen by calculation,and the calculation basis for modular floor radiant heating using stainless steel bellows is provided by simulation.Third,this article conducts the experimental research on the resistance characteristics of stainless steel bellows.Compared with traditional plastic pipes,the resistance loss of stainless steel bellows is much greater.Finally,this article compares the wet floor radiant heating using stainless steel bellows,the dry floor radiant heating using stainless steel bellows and the wet floor radiant heating using traditional plastic pipes from aspects of structure,thermal performance and economy.The results proves that the dry floor radiant heating using stainless steel bellows is better than the other two types from this 3 aspects,providing technical reserves and theoretical support for the optimization design and application of this kind of new technology.
