The function of load simulation is that, get the ground test data for analyzing and researching on the flying control performance of the stability system and the drive performance of the rudder system. Because of its important function in the development and performance test of stability system, load simulation has been a key task in the field of navigation and spaceflight. This paper researched on improving loading performance of electric powered load simulator.First, designed the structure of electric powered load simulator, and built up its math model. Aim to improve the stability of the system, track instruction fast and exactly, differential torque feedback was imported, designed the controller of loading torque, investigated the stability problem of system through simulation and analyse.This thesis analyzed the negative influence of integral tache of system, proposed a five-level H bridge converter to resolve the problem of loading impact caused by integral tache. Analyzed operating states of the circuit in detail,brought up control methods for the mode of constant torque loading and alternating torque loading respectively.In order to advance loading frequency, active front end technology was introduced, proposed a topology of converter whose energy can flow in both direction, realized four-quadrant operation of the loading motor, established the foundation for improving loading frequency and reducing torque ripple.And then, designed hardware circuit and software flow, realized a sample using TMS320F2812 DSP as kernel controller.The simulation results show that, the topology proposed by this thesis, indeed reduced the impact effectively, and can make torque ripple lower. Introduction of active front end technology, resolved the problem that the kinetic energy of rotor can't be transferred or consumed in time, accelerated the brake of motor , advanced the loading frequency to some extent.
