Town in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone falls behind in the aspect of economy. Indoor (thermal) environment is more awful. The residents reflect that indoor temperature is too low in winter, which affects the daily life. Particularly, it has a great damage on health of the old, the infirmness and infants. And the indoor temperature is too high and close in summer. On the basis of one building which is a howff needs to conserve energy, protect environment and be economical in Baisha town of Chongqing, we should adequately use technology of building exterior-protected construction and design a proved project of wall and roof to save energy, to solve the complexion which heat engineering performance of exterior-protected construction is bad, energy consumption is excessive and indoor thermal environment is bad.Howff for multi-storey whose exterior-wall area generally is forty four percent of the total area of exterior-protected construction and stair area is about to twenty (tow) percent which the summation is sixty six percent. It is thus clear that, the wall is an important part of exterior-protected construction. In Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone, heat transfer of exterior-protected construction of howff is twenty to thirty percent of total consumption and the scale is big. The temperature of roof is higher than the other exterior-protected construction and its area is big. So energy conservation design of wall and roof is one important access to reduce building (energy) consumption.Firstly, this text carries on the theory analysis to the performance of the ventilation wall and ventilation roof. Then aim at the size of inlet and exit of the ventilated wall, width and height of passage, the calculator mathematics model is build up. Software of Phoenics is used to carry on simulating. The different size of inlet and exit, width and height of passage, outdoor weather parameters are the main parameters of simulation. By comparing the calories taken by air which flows passage, we can get hold of the best combinatorial size of the ventilated wall. Thus make the effect of the ventilated wall be best. The result indicate that accordingly the width of import (Bin)is 400mm, length of export (Lin) is 2400mm, the width of export (Bout) is 300mm, the length of export (Lout) is 2400mm, the width of passage (d) is 400mm when the height...
