Precooling By Natural Ventilation Process Simulation Of The Car Indoor Thermal Environment

Nowadays, the vehicle air conditioning system is already fixed in most vehicles, and during the running time, the comfort of the vehicle air conditioning can basically fit for the requirements of the drivers and passengers, however, in our daily life, for the actual work needs, our vehicles are always starting-stopping frequently.When the car stopped, the air condition system stopped, and the surrounding conditions effect the internal temperature of the vehicle evidently. So this thesis mainly solved this problem, studied the temperature distribution of the vehicle insolating outside for a long time in the summer, then, before the passengers entries the vehicle, turning on the precooling exhaust system, driving out the high temperature air,making a comparatively comfort environment for us. Solving the high temperature inside of the car is a new topic of the auto field. This thesis summarized the forerunners'studies which are about the CFD method of the vehicle air conditioning, chose the suitable simulating softwares——FLUENT. There are many ways on solving the solar radiation.This thesis chose the hour-by-hour solar radiation in Guangzhou to analysis the influence of the temperature outside and solar radiation. The thesis analysed precooling measures and procedures.This paper simulated slitless insolation, slotting insolation, and the various temperature distribution under different exhaust pressures, and chose the best pressure field, indicated the necessity of the ventilation. The author analyzed the factors having am impact on the compartment temperature during the insolation and the ventilation, including the quantity and direction of the solar radiation, the heat capacity, the insolating time and so on, discussed the best ventilation time and when it is the best ventilation, the chosen of the outlets position.This thesis took the lead in studying the feasibility and actual effects of forced ventilation for precooling procedure.providing the technical ways and theoretical basis for the starting comfort of the car in insolation.
