Evaluation And Test Research Of Heat Tolerance In Hot And Humidity Environment

With the development of society, more and more attention has been paid on the human right of the workers who worked in the hot and humidity environment. in China, it has been put into process to keep the worker's health, including issue laws and regulations by central and local government. For the individual difference, the air temperature and humidity imitation list on the regulation may not quit suitable to every person involved. It is needed to creat some indices which can evaluate the individual differences. In order to make up this requirement, this paper presents the research work on the persons who work under hot and humidity environment. Simulating the working environments were established and test and questionnaire were also described in this paper. It is concluded that: in any case, the oral temperature can't exceed 38℃, the hypohydration can't exceeds 1%, and the heart rate can't exceeds 165P/m(work can be finished in one hour)/155P/m(work period will last more than one hour). This paper also analyze the infect factor of tolerance time, including air temperature, humidity, metabolic load and WBGT. Last, it is put forward a formula of WBGT and tolerance time. The research result is helpful to the establishment of the rule of the role. It also useful in designing air-conditioning system of the hot and humidity environment.
