In metallurgy,glass production and other industries,local strong heat radiation environment exists commonly.radiant heat will not only reduce the human thermal comfort,also cause people's emotional instability,irritability,inattention easily,affects subjective thermal sensation of human,at the same time it will make the physiological parameters related of human such as blood pressure,body temperature,pulse core changes and then affect the health and security of human body.In order to solve the above problems,the author built a local strong radiation environment laboratory,combined with numerical simulation technology to study the indoor thermal environment characteristics of different heat source temperature.At the same time,combined with the indoor thermal environment parameters of the actual measurement statistics,obtained the different heat source temperature and the intensity of labor,related physiological indexes,is not the same source distance of 8 male and 8 female subjects of the subjective thermal perception changes,finally discussed the relationship between the indoor thermal environment,physiological indexes and subjective thermal feeling three.The results show the steady thermal environment in the radiation characteristics of local strong heat source has the symmetry,when the surface temperature of the heat source at 50~250 DEG C when changing the test point of air temperature,mean radiant temperature,wet bulb temperature WBGT(Wet Bulb Globe Temperature)increased significantly,while the indoor relative humidity decreases.In the same condition,female subjects overall oral temperature than male subjects with high 0.1-0.2 C;male subjects systolic blood pressure than the corresponding female subjects high systolic blood pressure 7mm Hg,diastolic blood pressure 4mmHg diastolic blood pressure in male subjects than the corresponding female subjects the average skin temperature;average skin temperature of female subjects than male subjects with high 0.2-0.4 high 2.45-4.95 bpm C;female subjects pulse than male subjects.Compared with the female subjects,the subjective thermal sensation of male and female subjects was found to be higher than that of the female subjects.That is,the female subjects were more likely to withstand the strong radiation environment than the male subjects.The psychological angle obtained from subjects with mild to moderate labor intensity under high temperature can not adapt to the wet bulb temperature tolerance(Wet Bulb Globe WBGT Temperature)value(28 or 25.5 DEG C),wet bulb temperature is equal to the basic black WBGT GB/T4200-2004 subjects from physiological angle obtained(Wet Bulb Globe Temperature)limit(29 C and 26 C),and found that the average skin temperature of the corresponding subjects were 35.2 C and 34 C.The average skin temperature,subjective thermal sensation,thermal comfort,thermal preference and tolerance of the subjects showed significant linear variation with the increase of WBGT(Wet Bulb Globe Temperature).For large industrial thermal workshop,because of the local heat source,the indoor thermal environment is often uneven,and the thermal environment is different from the heat source.In order to explore the effect of thermal environment on human body from the same source in different interval,this paper measured under the same condition,the physiological parameters of thermal environment from the source of 1m,2M and subjects and subjective thermal feeling data,and comparative analysis of the difference between the two.The results showed that the subjective thermal sensation of subjects from the heat source 1m was 0.4 and about 0.15 times larger than that of the distance heat source 2m.The oral temperature,mean skin temperature and pulse of the subjects at the distance of 1m were higher than those of the distance heat source 2m.Syndrome(Sick Building)was introduced to evaluate the health and comfort of workers,changes of SBS under different labor intensity were obtained and found female subjects than male subjects were more likely to have SBS(Sick Building Syndrome)symptoms.In this paper,the change law of each index is analyzed,and the relation between the three aspects of indoor thermal environment,physiological index and subjective heat sensation is analyzed deeply.The conclusion can be used as reference for the personnel working in the radiation environment with local strong heat source.
