Transmission loss is an important factor in power system. In traditional management system, the generation cost, the transmission cost, the distribution cost, and the selling cost of electricity, are reclaimed together. In deregulated power system, these parts will belong to different entities, so the cost of every part must be reclaimed solely. The losses cost occurs in the transmission part, different methods of allocating the losses will result in the markedly difference in the allocated proportion of losses of the users; different methods will get a gap by ten percent of the price of electricity. So, how to allocate the losses equitably is a significant problem in deregulated power system.Below the circumstance of the nodal price, the elimination of the merchandise surplus of the losses is an important problem, too.Solving this problem can accelerate the development of the deregulation in the power system. At first, a few of methods for allocating the losses in transmission will be introduced; these methods have their merits and drawbacks. A method based on the bilateral shouldering and complex power proportion will be proposed. The power plant and the loads use the transmission grid synchronously, so they should share the cost of losses together. The principle of the complex power proportion is more reasonable than others. It can solve the problems aroused by the difference of the power- factor, and, it can be adopted easily by the users. This method is based on the power theory, it can allocating the losses in pool-market.Founding on Pool-based power market, the method proposed by this text utilizes equivalent current-injection generation models and adopted the theory of Shapley value in game theory, establishes a model of game theory on branch transmission losses, with the contribution to the branchs of the injection currents qua the players, and the branchs losses qua the characteristic function, The method this text presented can be accepted by the users of the transmission lines. Different from other methods based on game theory that only can be applied in bilateral-trading market, the method of this text can be applied in pool-based market, too, and can solve the problems resulting from counter-flow at the same time.A method based on the cost flow and the modified nodal price is presented for...
