| Along with incessant expansion of power system, the problem of transient stability becomes more and more serious. There are a lot of researches have been done in optimal power flow with transient stability constraints. In power market, because of bidding price and its expense, the system is easily to run into unsafe area, especially the high voltage lines which transport from cheap power plant to load centre are always at full load state. Therefore, it is extremely important to research the best optimal scheme of transient stable restriction in electricity market.This paper proposes an algorithm for optimal power flow with transient stability constraints(OTS) in power market, importing optimal power flow with transient stability constraints to the uniform marginal price settlement power market. This method firstly uses merit-order method to determine generator combination and equal bidding price method to determine the active power of generator. Then transient stability is analysed to calculate the corrected transient energy margin of each instability fault. The leading and lagging generators'output power of the most serious out-of-stability fault are separately regulated. The leading generators are modified as sensitivity and lagging generators are revised as the same bidding price principle. Consequently the result can satisfy transient stability limit and the minimum increment of purchasing electricity price.Finally the correctness and validity proposed by this method is validated through IEEE-30 and IEEE-57 system calculation. |
