The collision between ship and strobe can always make some disasters, including fracture damage, environment pollution and casualties. Therefore, to improve the resistibility of strobe is of great importance, no matter what consider safety, economy and protecting environment. With the rapid development of the freshwater ship, many experts bend themselves to the study of the mechanism in ship-strobe collision and shatter, however, it is a pity that the design and research of the strobe just rests on the mechanical analysis at the static state and the test on wearability and causticity of the important part, and the study on the mechanical analysis at the state of high speed(high kinetic energy) and non-linearity is almost blank. To study the strength of collision not only benefits the upgrade to the design and management level of strobe, but also can reduce the expense on the maintenance of strobe and loss of the person and wealth.ship-strobe collision is a complicated nonlinear instantaneous process under huge impact load, which has a marked dynamic characteristic. Furthermore, the structure of collided area will exceed elastic phase rapidly, then turn into the plastic flow status, meanwhile, damage and failure such as fracture and buckling could happen. And during the collision, many factors can affect collision result such as the relative position and velocity, the location of the collided strobe, and the environment condition, and so on. Therefore, the mechanical analysis of ship-strobe collision is extreme complex.This paper uses the CAE technology to build the finite model of the ship-strobe collision, which takes the non-linearity of material and geometry into account, and simulates the collision at a certain condition, then emphasizes the analysis of the stress ,displacement and force transformation of some special component. On this base, it makes the secondary exploitation to the resultant file and computing file(*.dyn) of finite element software, and searchs the optimization direction of designed variable to make the optimization of strobe model.
