Power load is the important part of power system .Load modeling has become a crux factor, which is restricted veracity and trustiness of power system simulation results. Conventional Component-Based Modeling Approach hasn't on-line, real time so it isn't used in project extensively, which limits the development of component Based Load Modeling Approach to some extent. Due to these limitations, the paper presents On-line Component-Based Load Modeling. The work of this paper as follows:1. The paper presents On-line Component-Based Load Modeling. Load equipments are classified that induction-motor load and impedance load; all users are classified that industry load and other load .Its basic steps are that: users classified—the investigation of typical users—founds the motor-rate of different trades—gets the data of load control on-linely—counts users' power on-linely—the synthesis of low voltage generatrix—the count of 110kv's line considered—the synthesis of 110kv generatrixs.2. The investigation of motor-rate is the crux factor of load modeling rationality. The paper expounds that the importance of motor rate in load modeling, the rogatory methods of load , the course , and how to implement. The paper expounds that how to investigate motor-rate for getting reliable motor-rate.3. The paper introduces that how to get information of users' power and EMS', and to decide to amend the motor-rate by data transmitted, and Combines the data transmitted with motor-rate counts induction-motor power and impedance power of every trade's every user, and introduces that aggregation theory is used in on-line Component-Based load modeling, and the aggregation of identic trade and the aggregation of different trades by using typical parameters. The method has been successfully applied to Fujian Power Grid, the results show the feasibity of the method.
