This paper analyzes the energy-efficiency methods of HVAC water system by using energy-efficiency renovation project of one Shanghai public building air-conditioning system as background.Firstly, using the analysis software of energy consumption eQUEST3.5 (take DOE-2 as core ), the author builds up respectively analysis model of air-conditioning equipments and cooling source system, describes at length the usage of whole high-rise and acquires the result of dynamic load.Secondly, the author analyzes some problems that should be concerned in the design of chillers, and discusses the way to choose chillers properly, that is to use the method of grey decision to analyze three blue print of cold-hot resource so as to adjust the quantity and volume of chillers according to the character of load distributing, and complete the type choosing. The author establishes the blue print of energy-saving reconstruction and calculates the effect.Thirdly, the author discusses the method to choose the water pump properly according to the character of load ratio distributing of overall year, analyzes the feasibility & energy-saving effect of Variable-Primary Flow system and the problems that should be concerned, establishes reconstruction method of chilled water pump and calculates the energy-saving effect.Finally, the author stimulates the energy of different methods by using eQUEST3.5, compares and contracts the energy-saving effect of different methods according to this outcome.
