Make high cleanness and high anti-poison rooms in the center of cleanarea to reduce control difficulty. The article will get the optimum project through comparing many projects on control effect, control difficulty, total energy consumption. And leakage will have a large influence on cleanness control in negative area. The article will introduce theoretical combined test means to calculate gap leakage volume and put forward the measure of self-clean to increase cleanness in interstitial spacesome to solve leakage in negative area. The effect has been proved in theoretical calculation and practical test. Some measures such as the positive pressure well, the negative pressure well, the high efficiency exhaust sealed with dynamic air current are all effective in theory. Theory study and some technic measures will help to control enviorment for building and rebuilding avian influenza vaccine plants.
