Soil-pile-structure interaction was a difficult problem in bridge seismic engineering. The urban rail transportation bridge is regarded as an important component of the rail transportation, and the research of its seismic security is an essential subject. This paper analyzed the dynamical characteristic and anti- seismic performance of rail transit bridges which considering on Soil-pile-structure interaction, studied the application of pushover analysis on seismic analysis of rail transit viaduct bridge system, and evaluated the seismic capacity of existing rail transit bridges by a method of evaluation of seismic capacity based on push-over analysis. The main contents of this dissertation include:1. In this paper the theories and calculating parameters of a modified Penzien model are introduced in detail. An analysis model is erected by this modified Penzien model to analyze the seismic performance of rail transit bridges, in which transit system and subsequence structure are considered.2. The basic principle and concepts of the push-over analysis method are systemically discussed, the distributing patterns of lateral loads and the capacity spectrum methods are researched especially the simplified capacity spectrum method is emphasize. The load patterns for push-over analysis which take account of soil-pile-structure interaction and the modified capacity spectrum method were presented. Because of the heavy live load of rail transit bridges, the push-over analysis take account of two situations of whether have vehicles or not.3. Based on pushover analysis, a method of evaluation of seismic capacity is developed for bridges. The basic principle of this method and the selection of the seismic performance parameter and the seismic damage model are researched, and the procedure for applying this evaluation method is provided.
