Jiangsu Guanhe Bridge is a big cable-stayed bridge, has two big towers, of the girder which is superposition of steel and concrete.The paper focuses on the crucial survey technology applied in the construction of the bridge, and in combination with survey methods. The followings are the key researches:(l)The necessary accuracy of the primary construction network point position is according to the highest measuring accuracy of the cable duct construction (2)Adjust network program is written to process surveying date.The methods of confirm weight are analyzed in program by means of "Helmert" variance constitution estimation method. The accuracy of network point positioning is highly advanced by the weight reconfirmed by "Helmert" variance constitution estimation method. (3) Make some researchs on the various surveying methods in tower construction. The accuracy of method is also analysised and compared.A method called relative benchmark is used in cable duct survey in order to improve the accuracy of orientation.(4)Analysise the influence of girder height by temperature and lord to ensure the linetype of girder is flat.(5) Particularly expatiate surveying method in closure construction which is the most difficult and important part in bridge construction and math model are established to process surveying date.
