This dissertation summarizes the domestic and external newest achievements on the aspects of the research of high-filling embankment action for bridge pile foundation. The theory and method on The Research of High-filling Embankment Action for Bridge Pile Foundation are established and perfected, and its results will have the important reference value and the social efficiency to the soft-soil bridge engineering such as the highway railroads, water conservations as well as the wharfs in China. This dissertation revolves this topic, mainly has completed the following research work:For the aspect of the harm on the soil-structure action of full-height piled bridge abutments, summarizes the kind of endanger or problem occurring to the under construction or been built structures, and researches it's causing by the numbers, and enumerates some important influence factors.For the aspect of the research on The Research of High-filling Embankment Action for Bridge Pile Foundation, based on the results of previous studies, from theory and experience, this dissertation brings forward calculation method of the additional vertical and horizontal soil pressure on pile caused by the deadweight of the filling soil back of the bridge abutment and the load above it; calculation method of the negative friction and pull-down load on piled bridge abutments. On the basis of introducing these methods, this dissertation focused on the lateral soil action on the pile.For the aspect of the research of mechanical model of the lateral bearing piles in multilayer foundation on soft ground, this dissertation puts forward characters on force of the filling back of the bridge on the pier and pile near. The new method can calculate the piles' internal force by using the parameters of soil and piles and lateral earth pressure changes along the arbitrary depth.
