All the above mentioned qualities bring epoxy resin grouts a large application market in structure reinforcement and practice of crack mend in either dry or moist environment, even in some foundation reinforcement of hydraulic projects and so on many fields.The main point of the thesis is in the first place to study the formula of epoxy resin grouts in dry environment and modified formula in moist environment through the indices of the initial viscosity, operational time and initial curing time of the serosity, the adhesive strength between coagulum and old concrete, and the compressive strength of coagulum. Results show that, when it is selected the curing agent system of B polyamid mixed with DETA multi-amines in dry environment, epoxy resin grouts have low viscosity, good grouting property and high adhesive strength, so it should select the system of mixed curing agent ; but it's suitable to choose C curing agent in moist environment, because it is more 10% about adhesive strength than to choose D curing agent . Both in dry environment and in moist environment, the diluter and catalyst should be used . It can reduce the viscosity and increase grouting property of serosity when the diluter is used. But the diluter quantity in grouts should be controlled with in a certain range so as to avoid the decrease of the mechanical property of the coagulum caused by the overuse of diluter, hence the decrease of the adhesive intensity of the coagulum. Besides , it's feasible to crack mend when distortion is requested to use the right amount of 660 diluter which can increase toughness of the serosity . In order to accelerate curing velocity of serosity ,especially under the moist environment, it's neccesary to add the right amount of catalyst to serosity . In the second place, the thesis briefly discusses the basic theories of bond and the theories of bonding on moist surface .
