The chemical growing technique is widely applied in many kinds of engineerings, such as hydropower, tunnel, subway, mineral mountain, coal,transportation etc. The technique has characteristics of fleetness, econmy, special and dependable etc , and develop its original effect well in civil engineering ofwaterproofing process, treatment to leakage, structural reinforcement. Chemical grouting materials contain a lot of specieses, each there is characteristics. According to the investigation results of the current chemical grouting material, make sure thecomposition of MMA grourting material and their modified research.This article key point is through physical mechanics performance and so on grout viscosity, gel time, compressive strength, bond strength, shrinkage studies the MMA grouting material for the test target the formula composition, as well as the MMA grouting material's modified formula, and has carried on the simple discussion to thechemical grouting material's bonding mechanism. The findings indicated:1. The initiator amount used major effect serous polymerization, has the verytremendous influence to the generated time as well as the grout's viscosity. The initiator amount used is too low, the polyreaction is slow, the bond strength cannotachieve patching lowly the goal. The initiator amount used is too high, responds fiercely, controls with difficulty. The appropriate initiator amount used causes the grout permeability high, the permeability to be good, is more advantageous to thegrouting patching effect.2. The accelerator amount used major effect grout's gel time, the accelerator increases the too few gel time long to solidify with difficulty, increases excessively many easy to produce "the storm to gather" the phenomenon, the grout solidifies in a short time. May and needs to adjust the grout according to the project nature through the change accelerator amount used the gel time.3. The modified material selects the epoxy resin, after joining the epoxy resin, the grout's viscosity change is not big, the grout solidifying body compressive strength, degree of hardness, brittleness have reduce, but the bond strength, the elongation ratio, the flexibility, the plasticity, the flexibility have the enhancement, thus improved the thick liquid material physical mechanics performance, can satisfy inthe project the need.4. After joining the epoxy resin, the size changed obviously in polymerization process volume contraction is small, reduced about 4 times, made up the MMA tocontract the big shortcoming, has served the experimental purpose.This article has obtained composition materials and so on initiator, promoter through the massive experimental study to the MMA grouting material influence rule, from this discovers the MMA grouting material best formula composition. Based on this has studied the epoxy resin to the MMA grouting material modification, after as well as size modification formula composition. Has the good physical mechanics performance after the modified size.
