| Damper is an important component of vehicle suspension system. Its performance can directly affect the ride comfort, safety, handling and stability of full vehicle. So the performance and characteristic test of damper is always a main part on damper's study. A broad research field on the structure and performance of damper is offered because of the application of testing technology and theory. The identification of open valve point is carried out with data fusion theory on damper. An effective method is offered to study the performance and characteristic of damper.First, the principle and process of tube hydraulic damper are illustrated on the basis of the basic concept and concrete methods of data fusion technology. The relationship between outer and inner characteristics of damper is also discussed. Second, the project of test system of open valve point's identification is given out and relative parts of the test system are introduced. Last, the open valve point of representative damper is identified through direct identification, indirect identification and fuzzy diagnosis based on the data fusion theory of fuzzy closing. It testified a satisfactory effect has been gained. |
